These terms apply to AI vs Human, the game at this website and in the Solana dApp Store, run by Wk.t202. By playing you agree to them.
Who can play
- You must be at least 13 years old to play.
- To buy anything with SOL you must be an adult (18, or the age of majority where you live, if higher), and the wallet must be yours.
- Don't play, or pay, where the law where you live forbids it. You are responsible for following your local laws, including on taxes.
The game
AI vs Human is a game for entertainment. Your characters, energy, roles, titles, skins and the in-game token balance live in the game, not on the blockchain: they have no cash value, can't be withdrawn, transferred or sold, and are not an investment or a cryptocurrency. We may change, rebalance or retire roles, places, skins, prices and rules as the game develops, and start new seasons.
Your wallet
You are responsible for your wallet and its keys. The game asks your wallet to sign one message to sign in (it sends nothing and costs nothing) and to approve each payment you choose to make. It never asks for your private key or recovery phrase.
Payments
- Some things cost SOL: extra energy, a role switch, avatar skins, and Seeker Tasks. Each is an order the game opens for you, paid by a Solana transaction you approve in your own wallet. The price is shown before you approve it, and you pay the Solana network fee.
- Blockchain transactions are final. Once sent, a payment can't be reversed by you, by us or by anyone else, so check it before you approve. The game checks every payment on chain before it grants anything.
- An order must be paid within a few minutes of opening it. Paid energy is capped at 300 a day, and no amount of spending can guarantee a win.
Refunds
A payment that reached the game's treasury but couldn't be granted is never lost: the game records it as unredeemed, for a refund. That covers a payment that landed after its order closed, one the game's rules refused when it arrived (for example, a role switch during its cooldown, or a skin you already own), a Seeker Task transaction beyond the day's mission, and a duplicate: a second payment for an order that was already paid.
To get it back, email us at wk.t202@gmail.com with the purchase id the game showed (p_…) or the transaction signature. We check it on chain and send the amount the treasury received back to the wallet that paid; the network fee you paid isn't refundable. A payment that doesn't match its order (sent from another wallet, or short of the price) is reviewed case by case. Purchases that were granted are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
Skins: pay to boost
Skins give a small boost to one dimension of your fighter (max +5%). Only the equipped skin counts.
- There are five levels (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythic), each in three variants. A skin bought with SOL belongs to your wallet for good; equipping or unequipping it is free.
- The equipped skin raises one dimension of your character's current role in the daily fight, by +1% (Common) up to +5% (Mythic).
- Each character equips one skin at most. Skins never stack: owning more of them adds nothing to the fight.
- Fairness: the game's balance simulation equips the strongest skins in the worst case and checks that skins alone change the winning team at no more than 6% of battlegrounds; a version of the game that fails that check isn't released.
Seeker Tasks
The Seeker Task is an optional daily mission of on-chain micro-transactions: small SOL payments to the game's treasury that build your wallet's transaction history on Solana Seeker. They grant nothing in the game: no energy, balance, roles, skins or fight changes. We don't promise any reward, airdrop or eligibility from anyone for completing them. Like every payment, each is final once sent.
Fair play
Don't automate play, tamper with the game or its requests, exploit bugs, or overload the service. We may reset characters, withhold rewards or block access where we see abuse.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable at times, and game progress made during an outage may be lost. To the extent the law allows, Wk.t202 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Wk.t202 is established. That never takes away a consumer protection the law where you live gives you and that can't be waived. Please email us first: most problems are solved that way.
Changes
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date, and playing after that means you accept it.
